    从数字化到智能化——数控机床先进制造技术研究进展

    From Digitalization to Intelligence: Research Progress of Advanced Manufacturing Technology of Computer Numerical Control Machine Tool

    • 摘要: 随着现代信息技术的不断发展,机械制造加工越来越趋向于数字化、网络化和智能化。数控机床作为制造加工领域关键的加工设备,也面临智能转型升级的一个新阶段。文中对团队近年来在数控机床数字化方面的研究进展进行了综述,主要包括数控机床的数据采集技术、数据传输技术、车间级设备三维仿真监控以及数据分析与预警技术,介绍了在这些领域的一些技术突破和科研成果,指出了研究工作存在的问题与不足,并对未来数控机床智能化的发展与研究进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous development of modern information technology, machinery manufacturing and processing tend to be more and more intelligent, networking and digitalized. As key processing equipment in the field of manufacturing and processing, the computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools are also facing a new stage of intelligent transformation and upgrading. The research progress of the team in digitalization of CNC machine tools in recent years is discussed comprehensively in this paper, mainly including the numerical control machine tool data acquisition technology, data transmission technology, workshop equipment 3D simulation monitoring and data analysis and early warning technology. Some technological breakthroughs and achievements in these areas are introduced. The problems and shortcomings in the research are pointed out and the future development and research of intelligent CNC machine tools are prospected.
