Abstract:
With the continuous development of modern information technology, machinery manufacturing and processing tend to be more and more intelligent, networking and digitalized. As key processing equipment in the field of manufacturing and processing, the computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools are also facing a new stage of intelligent transformation and upgrading. The research progress of the team in digitalization of CNC machine tools in recent years is discussed comprehensively in this paper, mainly including the numerical control machine tool data acquisition technology, data transmission technology, workshop equipment 3D simulation monitoring and data analysis and early warning technology. Some technological breakthroughs and achievements in these areas are introduced. The problems and shortcomings in the research are pointed out and the future development and research of intelligent CNC machine tools are prospected.
