Abstract: Based on analysis of the technical difficulties of assembly and debugging process management of the complex electronic whole machine, the field execution process management technical system of the electronic whole machine is put forward in this paper, which is driven by the installation and adjustment process and implemented by the service uniform material distribution, and the process level complete kit model of the electronic integration/extension production process is established. The application example shows that the model can effectively shorten the production cycle of assembly and debugging process compared with the traditional whole-level alignment idea widely used at present.
