Abstract: On the basis of analysis of thermal and EMC performance of a pentium PC server, the necessity and feasibility of the integral design of thermal and EMC for electronic equipment are discussed and the high-efficiency design flow could be gained by using Flomerics Flotherm & FloEMC software.
