Abstract: This paper gives a summary of the technologies of thermal analysis including the significance of thermal analysis, research methods, methods of solution and so on. Then it introduces the problems which are important in application and the result of thermal analysis for some typical board-level models. Good accuracy of analysis has been obtained.
