Abstract: Focusingon the high SWR appearing in the assembly process of module of RF cable, this paper analyzes this problem in terms of design theory and assembly technology. It uses orthogonal-analysis to analyze all kinds of technological parameters in the process of assembly, so as to obtain the best technological parameters by statistic method and calculation.
