    A Study on Numerical Control Programming Technique for High Speed Milling

    • 摘要: 高速铣削数控编程技术是一项综合性的技术。它包涵了很多方面的综合因素。一个程序编的是否恰当, 直接影响零件的加工时间和加工质量。采用适合高速加工的编程策略也至关重要, 只有这样才能科学地编出最优、最实际的高速铣削数控加工程序, 充分发挥高速铣削加工的特长。从而实现零件在高速铣削加工中优质、高产、低耗等功能。

       

      Abstract: The numerical control programming technique for high speed milling is a kind of comprehensive technique. It includes a comprehensive factor taking account of many factors. Whether a program is written properly directly influences time spent and quality of device to be manufactured. Employing a good programming strategy suitable for high speed is very important, only so a scientific, excellent, and practical CNC program for high speed milling can be written, and be realized in high speed milling. Thus the high quality of device produced by high speed milling, high yield, and low power consumption are achieved.
