Thermal Design and Analysis of PCBA for Finance Fiscal Cash Register

摘要: 金融税控收款机小型化、保密性设计使得其PCBA热设计和热测试侃为困难,为此基于传热学基本原理对PCB及元器件布局进行了热设计,并应用Icepak热分析软件对PCBA的热设计方案进行了温度场模拟,获得了PCBA四种工作模式充电状态下的温度分布。数值模拟结果表明:除防护墙内的元件外,读卡模式元器件的温度明显高于其它模式相应元器件的温度,进行了PCBA热测试,测试结果表明:元器件温度都处于正常工作范围,数值模拟结果与实验值也吻合得较好,说明文中热设计和热分析的有效性。Abstract: Thermal design and thermal testing of Finance Fiscal Cash Register(FFCR) are becoming more difficult because of its miniaturization and confidentiality. For this reason, a thermal design based on heat transfer for PCBA of FFCR is conducted, and Icepak thermal analysis software package is used to carry out numerical simulation of temperature field of PCBA for obtaining temperature distribution of PCBA under the conditions of 4 operating modes model of charging state. The numerical simulation result shows that component temperature of data transfer model is significantly higher than that of other operating modes except the components protected by the wall. Thermal test is carried out to verify thermal design and thermal analysis of PCBA of FFCR. The result shows that component temperature is within its reliability temperature range, the result of numerical simulation is in good agreement with the thermal test result, showing the validity of thermal design and thermal analysis.
