    碳纤维复合材料单钉连接拉伸性能仿真分析和试验研究

    Simulation and Test Study on Tension Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic with Single Bolt Joint

    • 摘要: 针对某体系碳纤维复合材料单钉连接拉伸性能开展了仿真试验研究。首先利用三维有限元方法对不同参数的单钉连接进行了累积损伤分析,预测了连接的拉伸性能和破坏模式,然后通过标准试件的拉伸试验,得到了连接的相关性能参数,仿真结果和试验结果吻合良好,证明了仿真分析的合理性和准确性。文中仿真分析和试验的结论可作为后续设计工作的基础。

       

      Abstract: The tension properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastic ( CFRP) with single bolt joint was studied by simulation and test.Firstly,the progressive damage analysis of single bolt joint with different parameters was studied by three-dimensional finite element method.The tension properties and failure type were predicted.Secondly,the actual properties were got by standard sample tension test.A good agreement between simulation and test was obtained.The rationality and validity of the simulation were demonstrated.The conclusion of this paper can be used by the follow-up designs.
