Abstract:
The tension properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastic ( CFRP) with single bolt joint was studied by simulation and test.Firstly,the progressive damage analysis of single bolt joint with different parameters was studied by three-dimensional finite element method.The tension properties and failure type were predicted.Secondly,the actual properties were got by standard sample tension test.A good agreement between simulation and test was obtained.The rationality and validity of the simulation were demonstrated.The conclusion of this paper can be used by the follow-up designs.
