    基于伺服电机的低刚度运动机构同步控制研究

    Synchronous Control Research for Low Stiffness Movement Mechanism Based on Servo Motor

    • 摘要: 针对一个低刚度、大惯量、高同步要求的U型俯仰门架运动机构,提出了伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠的同步控制方法。利用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)定位功能模块FM353,借助于伺服驱动器提供的数频级联主从控制模式,并结合对门架机构运动不同步的人工干预的高精度校正补偿方法,使该机构的运动达到了0.1°的同步精度要求。

       

      Abstract: This paper proposes the synchronous control method of servo motor driving ball-screw for a "U" shape pitching door-frame movement mechanism with low rigidity,big inertia and high synchronization demand.Using PLC positioning function module FM353,digital-frequency cascade master-slave control mode provided by servo driver,and high precision calibration compensation method of artificial interpose for nonsynchronous motion of door-frame mechanism,the movement of door-frame mechanism achieves the synchronous precision requirement of 0.1 degree.
