Abstract:
This paper investigates the feasibility of a composite lubricating technology by computation and experiment of a sub-scale model,in order to break through the performance limit of single lubricating technology and solve the lubricating problem of a turntable bearing.Material,surface rigidity,surface roughness,clearance,contact pressure and line velocity of the sub-scale bearing remain the same as full-scale turntable bearing.The effect of the lubrication method is verified in practice.The result has reference value for lubricating design on other similar equipment.
