    一种复合润滑技术的研究及应用

    Research and Application of a Composite Lubricating Technology

    • 摘要: 文中通过缩比模型计算和实验对一种复合润滑技术进行了可行性研究,以期突破单一润滑的性能极限,解决某转台轴承的润滑问题。缩比轴承与实际转台轴承在材料、表面硬度、表面粗糙度及游隙参数上保持相同,对偶面间的接触应力和相对线速度的大小也保持相同。该复合润滑技术在后续的实际应用中达到了预期的效果。该项技术的研究对其他类似设备传动系统的润滑设计具有参考价值。

       

      Abstract: This paper investigates the feasibility of a composite lubricating technology by computation and experiment of a sub-scale model,in order to break through the performance limit of single lubricating technology and solve the lubricating problem of a turntable bearing.Material,surface rigidity,surface roughness,clearance,contact pressure and line velocity of the sub-scale bearing remain the same as full-scale turntable bearing.The effect of the lubrication method is verified in practice.The result has reference value for lubricating design on other similar equipment.
