Abstract: In order to satisfy the requirement of seal capability measurement and pressure property detection for the radar work-piece，the inflation detection console is developed based on PLC and HMI technology．On the basis of the inflation detection test property introduction，the composition and the operation principle of the inflation detection console for the radar work-piece，realization methods of the control hardware and software program and some monitor screens are described according to the test requirement．The console can carry out the seal capability measurement and pressure property detection for different radar work-pieces．The test result shows this console is stable and reliable in performance，visual and convenient to operate．Besides，its test parameters can be set flexibly and the real-time monitor of the system parameters can be achieved．
