    超小型水下航行器密封活塞腔的耐压性分析

    Analysis of Resistance to Pressure Character of Piston Cavity of Sub-mini Underwater Vehicle

    • 摘要: 文中讨论了活塞式超小型水下航行器的稳定性、耐压性问题,介绍了活塞式超小型水下航行器的机械结构及其实验平台。该航行器采用独特的活塞式沉浮控制机构来实现沉浮运动控制。沉浮控制是水下航行器控制最主要的内容之一,因此通过活塞腔分别进行了理论设计、水下实验以及有限元分析,进一步验证其设计的可靠性、可用性。实验结果表明,该设计合理、可行、实用。

       

      Abstract: The stability and resistance to pressure of piston sub-mini underwater vehicle are analyzed in this paper. Mechanical structure and experimental platform are introduced first. The unique ups and downs control mechanism with piston is used to control the motion of underwater vehicle in vertical direction. Ups and downs control is one of the main controls of underwater vehicle, so theory design, underwater experiment and finite element analysis are made separately to further verify the reliability and availability of the design. Experimental results suggest that the design is reasonable, feasible and practical.
