Abstract:
Slip ring is an important part of the driving mechanism in satellite solar array. To meet the long time working stability requirement of a space-borne slip ring, running-in device is needed for simulation test. Original running-in device has low flexibility, and cannot stop and alarm automatically in abnormal situations. Therefore, a new type of running-in device is desirable. In this paper, the FX2N is used as CPU to control the startup and running of the whole system. The AC servomotor of low speed, high precision and low cost is incorporated to complete the control system design of the running-in device. The configuration software INSPEC is used to design the monitoring system, display real-time parameters, store running-in data, and realize automatic stop in abnormal situations. In practical running test, the system works reliably and stably, satisfying the design specification. In this paper, the hardware constitution, system function, and the realization of real-time monitoring are all analyzed in detail.
