Abstract:
To achieve reliable locking and easy removal of the airborne electronic equipment, the A type airborne front tighter is introduced in this paper. The principle and structure of the tighter are discussed under the military standard. The Matlab software is used to optimize parameters of the tight spring and to enhance the tighter. Finally, the tighter is verified by finite element method. The theoretical analysis and practice indicate that the tighter can withstand the harsh environment and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
