    某车载雷达天线骨架结构的有限元分析

    FEM Analysis for Antenna Framework Structure of a Vehicle-borne Radar

    • 摘要: 为满足现代雷达研发周期短、成本要求低等特点,需在结构设计阶段对天线结构进行必要的有限元仿真计算,以验证结构设计是否符合使用要求。文中针对某车载雷达天线骨架的结构形式和使用环境,利用ANSYS软件建立了天线骨架的有限元模型,进行了静力分析和模态分析,得到了天线骨架结构在工作工况和生存工况下的应力云图和变形云图以及结构的前四阶固有频率和振型。计算结果表明,该天线骨架的整体结构性能较好,在各种工况下均能满足刚强度的设计要求。

       

      Abstract: To satisfy the requirements of short development period and low cost of the modern radar, the FEM calculation of the antenna is necessary at the stage of structure design. In this paper the finite element model of the antenna framework structure is established, the static analysis and the mode analysis are conducted in the actual environment conditions through ANSYS. The stress distribution graphs and deforming graphs under different environment conditions are obtained by static analysis. The first four-order inherent frequencies and vibration modes are obtained by mode analysis. The stiffness and strength performance of the framework are verified. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the structure can meet the design requirement.
