    改性聚苯醚合金在雷达天线罩上的应用

    Application of Modified Polyphenylene Oxide Alloy in Radar Radome

    • 摘要: 对改性聚苯醚合金分别采用挤塑和注塑成型制成两种不同结构形式天线罩,并实际应用于某型雷达天线阵面上。天线罩材料电性能检测、天线阵面驻波试验和雷达5年户外工作状况表明:天线罩主要电讯性能(介电常数ε、介质损耗角正切tan δ、电压驻波系数VSWR等)、耐候性能等均能很好满足产品技术要求。

       

      Abstract: Two kinds of radomes with different structure used in a radar antenna array are formed by plastic extrusion molding and plastic injection molding with modified polyphenylene oxide (MPPO) alloy. Electrical performance test of MPPO material, standing wave test of antenna array and five-year radar outdoor operation show that main electrical performances (such as dielectric constant (ε), dielectric loss tangent (tan δ), VSWR) as well as weatherability of the radome can well satisfy the technical requirements of the products.
