    基于6SigmaET 的液冷设备热分析及优化

    Thermal Analysis and Optimization for Liquid Cooling Equipment Based on 6SigmaET

    • 摘要: 阐述了液冷设备的基本原理以及热量传递的3 种基本形式。针对某型液冷设备,详细介绍了利用专业热仿真软件6SigmaET 进行热分析的过程,并根据仿真结果提出了改进流道和增大流量的优化措施。计算表明,优化措施能够有效提升液冷设备散热性能。文中利用6SigmaET 进行热设计有效提高了设计效率和质量,对类似液冷设备的热设计具有参考意义。

       

      Abstract: The basic principles of liquid cooling equipment and three basic forms of heat transfer are introduced. The thermal analysis procedure using professional thermal simulation software 6sigmaET is discussed indetail for a certain type of liquid cooling equipment. Based on the simulation result, the optimization of improving the flow-path performance and increasing the flow rate is proposed. Calculation indicates that the optimization can effectively improve the heat dissipation of the equipment. In this paper, the thermal design based on 6SigmaET improves the design efficiency and quality effectively, and provides reference value for the thermal design of similar liquid cooling equipment.
