Abstract:
With progress of human society and development of the times, the market competition is becoming more and more intense, high performance, low cost,light-weight and miniature antenna are attracting more and more attention. How to develop the high cost performance antenna is related to the survival and development of the enterprise. A vehicle-borne offset parabolic antenna is given as an example to illustrate this structure design in this paper. According to its structure characteristics, combined with the requirements of technology, assembly, transportation and cost, a low wind resistance, low cost and high performance thin antenna is designed. The structure design of the main components of the antenna, such as the reflector, the antenna framework and the adjusting device, is described in detail. The mechanical simulation and analysis are carried out by the finite element analysis software. And the stress distribution graphs and deforming graphs of the antenna structure in the working state are obtained. The results show that the structure of the antenna is good and meets the design requirements of the strength and stiffness, which verifies the rationality of its structure design.
