    大型复合材料构件变形控制技术

    Deformation Control Technology of Large-scale Composite Component

    • 摘要: 为解决大型复合材料构件特别是大尺寸薄壳结构在成型过程中容易发生翘曲变形的技术难题,文中从铺层设计、模具材料、固化工艺等多个方面分析了产生变形的内在原因。对各个原因进行机理分析,提出通过合理的铺层设计、选择热膨胀系数相近的模具材料、严格控制构件内外温度场及成型压力等手段可以有效控制大型复合材料结构件的尺寸精度。最后通过大尺寸全复合材料机身的研制,验证了变形控制方法的有效性和可行性。

       

      Abstract: To solve the difficult problem that the large-scale composite components, especially the large-scale structure with thin shell, deform easily in the molding, the internal reasons for deformation are analyzed from laminating design, mould material and curing process. It is found that the dimension precision of the large-scale composite structure can be controlled effectively by reasonable laminating design, adopting mould materials with similar liner expansion coefficient and controlling the internal and external temperature environment and molding pressure. These methods are proved effective and feasible by production of the large-scale composite fuselage.
