Abstract:
The structure design and analysis for a loading platform of movable radar are introduced in this paper. The loading platform is integrated with the electronic cabinet, the lifting mechanism for antenna turntable, etc. The ordinary trucks, instead of the traditional transportation vehicle for mobile radar, are used as the transportation platform, which has effectively reduced the use & maintenance cost in the whole life cycle. The force and calculation results of the mechanism at different wind speeds are analyzed in detail. Mechanical analysis and design optimization for the turntable mechanism are carried out by finite element analysis software. The actual measurement and application have proved that the loading platform is successfully designed and fully meets the requirements of the radar.
