二维多孔材料散热器的热分析及结构优化
Performance Analysis and Structure Optimization of Two-dimensional Porous Material Heat Sinks

摘要: 为了改善散热性能,文中对某家电产品中PCB 板上的散热器进行了热分析及结构优化,在翅片散热器热分析的基础上,对2 种二维多孔材料散热器进行了热分析,对比了3 种散热器的散热性能。研究表明:在强迫对流散热条件下,与翅片散热器相比较,二维多孔材料散热器的散热性能更好;六边形多孔材料散热器比矩形多孔材料散热器的散热性能要好,同时更有利于实现结构的轻量化要求,降低材料成本,提高产品利润。Abstract: In order to improve the heat dissipation, the performance analysis and structure optimization of the heat sinks on the PCB board of the household appliances are carried out in this paper, based on the thermal analysis of the multi-fin heat sinks, the heat dissipation of two kinds of two-dimensional porous material heat sinks is analyzed, and the heat dissipation property of the three kinds of heat sinks is compared. The research shows that the heat dissipation property of two-dimensional porous material is better than multi-fin heat sinks under forced air cooling conditions; the heat dissipation property of the hexagon porous heat sinks is better than the rectangular, at the same time, it is more beneficial to realize the lightweight requirement of the structure, reduce the material cost and improve the profit of the product.
