液冷冷板流道洁净度控制技术研究

摘要: 现代电子设备中大量采用冷板类构件,而冷板的冷却流道排布密集,结构复杂,内部洁净度一旦失控,液冷系统堵塞、泄漏等故障就将发生,严重影响电子设备的正常工作运行。为提高液冷系统密封性及运行可靠性,针对液冷冷板制造加工过程的污染高风险工序环节,开展机加工过程防护技术、高效清洗技术和流道洁净度检测技术相结合的全过程污染控制技术研究。试验验证和电子设备研制实践表明,采用该控制方法可有效控制加工过程的切屑、油污、切削液等各类污染物残留,有效提升冷却系统的整体洁净度。Abstract: Cooling plate components are widely used in modern electronic equipment. The flow channels of cooling plate are arranged densely with complex structure. Once the internal cleanliness is out of control, failures such as blockage and leakage of the cooling system will occur and the normal operation of electronic equipment will be affected seriously. In order to improve the sealing performance and the operation reliability of the cooling system, the research on the whole process pollution control technology is conducted for the high risk parts of the manufacturing process of the liquid cooling plate, including machining process protection technology, efficient cleaning technology and flow channel cleanliness detection technology. Test verification and electronic equipment development practice indicate that the control method can effectively control the machining chip, oil, cutting fluid and other types of pollutant residues and thus effectively improve the overall cleanliness of the cooling system.
