Abstract:
The optoelectronic module is the core component in the field of optical communication. At present, the connection of the optical interface and the electrical interface of the optoelectronic module are mainly pluggable structure. In pluggable optoelectronic modules, the small formfactor pluggable plus (SFP+) optoelectronic module has been widely used because of its small volume, but at the same time it also has many problems such as poor signal transmission caused by plug fault. The plug fault causes of the optical interface and electrical interface of optoelectronic module are analyzed and the related optimization design scheme of the positioning structure is given in this paper. Practice proves that the optimization design can effectively reduce the signal transmission problems of the module, which provides a direction to improve the reliability of optoelectronic module's optical interface and electrical interface structure effectively.
