    基于数值模拟的便携式机箱热仿真分析和设计

    Thermal Simulation Analysis and Design of Portable Cabinet Based on Numerical Simulation

    • 摘要: 随着便携式机箱应用越来越广泛,其小型化和高集成度成为趋势,结构设计问题也随之而来,尤其是散热问题成为其能否可靠工作的关键因素。文中首先介绍了热仿真分析在当今电子设备设计中的重要性,利用数值模拟软件对某便携式机箱进行热仿真分析,采用强迫风冷的散热形式,对仿真分析模型进行合理的参数设置及网格划分,通过改变进风口的结构布局,使其主要功耗器件的温度低于85 ℃,满足了机箱的热设计要求,为其他类似电子设备机箱热仿真分析和设计提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: With the more and more extensive application of portable cabinet, its miniaturization and high integration is becoming the trend, structural design problems follow as well, especially the heat dissipation problem becomes the key factor of its reliable work. This paper introduces the importance of thermal simulation analysis in today′s electronic equipment design, then carries out the thermal simulation analysis for certain portable cabinet by using numerical simulation software. The heat dissipation form of forced air cooling is adopted. Reasonable parameter setting and meshing of the simulation analysis model is conducted. By changing the structure of the air inlet, the temperature of the main power devices can be controlled below 85 ℃, which satisfies the demands of the cabinet thermal design and provides references for the thermal simulation analysis and design of other similar electronic equipment.
