Abstract: Complex electronic equipment is the typical representative of high-end manufacturing. Promoting the development of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology and its standardization for complex electronic equipment is implementation of the manufacturing power strategy in the electronics industry. Guided by the transformation and upgrading needs of digital manufacturing of complex electronic equipment, CAM standard system of complex electronic equipment is researched in this paper. The layout of the relevant standard system is studied and formulated from the top-level planning. The standard system framework is constructed including the industry application standards, the key supporting technical standards and basic common standards. This research is to solve the problems that restrict the development of CAM technology for complex electronic equipment，such as the lack of standard system, unclear key standard requirements and disordered standard formulation and thus to support the development of CAM technology for complex electronic equipment.
