    复杂电子装备CAM标准体系构建研究

    Study on Construction of Standard System for CAM Technology of Complex Electronic Equipment

    • 摘要: 复杂电子装备是高端制造的典型代表,推进复杂电子装备计算机辅助制造(Computer -Aided Manufacturing, CAM)技术及标准化发展,是制造强国战略在电子行业的落地。文中以复杂电子装备数字化制造转型升级需求为指引,开展复杂电子装备CAM标准体系研究,从顶层策划研究制定体系布局,构建覆盖基础共性标准、关键支撑技术标准以及行业典型应用标准在内的标准体系框架。通过项目研究,解决当前标准体系缺乏、关键标准需求不清晰、标准制订无序等制约复杂电子装备CAM技术发展的标准问题,以支撑复杂电子装备CAM技术的发展。

       

      Abstract: Complex electronic equipment is the typical representative of high-end manufacturing. Promoting the development of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology and its standardization for complex electronic equipment is implementation of the manufacturing power strategy in the electronics industry. Guided by the transformation and upgrading needs of digital manufacturing of complex electronic equipment, CAM standard system of complex electronic equipment is researched in this paper. The layout of the relevant standard system is studied and formulated from the top-level planning. The standard system framework is constructed including the industry application standards, the key supporting technical standards and basic common standards. This research is to solve the problems that restrict the development of CAM technology for complex electronic equipment,such as the lack of standard system, unclear key standard requirements and disordered standard formulation and thus to support the development of CAM technology for complex electronic equipment.
