Abstract:
The effect of the whole lifting deformation of 70 m large antenna reflector on the adjustment accuracy of reflector is mainly studied in this paper. Taking typical project cases at home and abroad as reference and combined with the specific characteristics of this project, appropriate methods are adopted to conduct mechanical analysis of the whole hoisting deformation of 70 m large antenna reflector. The site hoisting rope scheme is reasonably designed and corresponding detection and adjustment means are adopted to control the stress and deformation of the hoisting position of antenna reflector. With this method the deformation of antenna reflector is effectively controlled and the accuracy of reflector reaches 0.35 mm (rms). The successful implementation of this method verifies its reliability, feasibility and security. This method ensures the good antenna reflector structure and microwave electrical performance technically, saves much cost for equipment and construction, shortens the lifting time of the project and provides a new idea for the deformation control construction of the large antenna reflector.
