    某大型对数周期天线的结构设计及力学仿真

    Structure Design and Mechanical Simulation of a Large Log-periodic Antenna

    • 摘要: 大型对数周期天线外形尺寸大,架设高度高,重量要求苛刻,成本控制严格,这些要求给大型对数周期天线的结构设计带来很大挑战。文中从大型对数周期天线结构设计需求出发,根据其结构设计特点,结合生产制造、现场架设、成本控制等方面的要求,设计了一种低风阻、低成本、高性能的轻量化天线结构,并进行了三维布线设计和现场架设规划。另外通过对天线进行有限元力学仿真分析,验证了其结构设计的合理性。该结构形式简单,易于批量生产,成本也较低,可为其他大型天线的结构设计提供一些参考。

       

      Abstract: The large log-periodic antenna has large overall size, high erection height, strict weight requirements and strict cost control. These requirements bring great challenges to the structure design of large log-periodic antenna. Starting from the structure design requirements of large log-periodic antenna, according to its structure design characteristics, combined with the requirements of production, on-site erection and cost control, this paper designs a lightweight antenna structure with low wind resistance, low cost and high performance, and carries out the three-dimensional wiring design and on-site erection planning. In addition, the rationality of the structure design of the antenna is verified by the finite element mechanical simulation and analysis. The structure is simple, easy for mass production and its cost is also low. It can provide some reference for the structure design of other large antennas.
