Abstract:
In order to analyze the variation of the heat transfer performance of powder sintered aluminum vapor chamber under rotational centrifugal force, a rotation test platform is built in this paper to simulate different conditions of different rotation speeds and test the heat transfer temperature differences of the vapor chamber under stationary state, low-speed rotation state and high-speed rotation state. The variation of heat transfer temperature difference of the vapor chamber with time is studied and recorded when the rotation speed changes. The experiment shows that the heat transfer temperature difference does not change significantly under low-speed rotation (7.5 r/min) state and stationary state, but will increase as the rotation speed increases. After the rotation stops, the heat transfer temperature difference decreases rapidly. At high rotation speeds (30 r/min and 45 r/min), the increment of the heat transfer temperature difference is about 10 ℃ at most and about 4 ℃ at least.
