Thermal Structure Optimization Design of a Seeker Processor Cold Plate

Abstract
Addressing the problem that the temperature of the seeker processor is too high in the missile-borne environment of high temperature, high power and confined space. Under the condition of limited resources, the arrangement of cold plate locking bars is optimized based on the heat transfer path. The application of thermal structure topology optimization method based on variable density method in seeker processor is proposed. Base on this model, the construction method of neural network model and the optimization method of genetic algorithm search area based on neural network model are improved. The temperature of the processor is greatly reduced by combining three thermal structure optimization methods, which provides a reference for the thermal structure design of seeker processor.
