Analysis and Verification Method of Building-block Experiment for Composite Materials of Airborne Radome
-
Abstract
To achieve high-reliability design of airborne radome, a multi-disciplinary and multi-domain building-block collaborative design and verification method for composite materials in airborne radome is proposed in this paper, covering electromagnetic wave transmission, stealth performance, mechanical properties, lightning protection, and other critical performance aspects. By integrating the design requirements of high load-bearing capacity, high electromagnetic wave transmission, and high safety for airborne radome, a multi-dimensional building-block experiment matrix verification planning and typical experiment performance testing methods are provided in this paper. Through systematic and hierarchical building-block experiment analysis and verification of composite materials, this method aims to fully mitigate design risks and ensure the structural functionality and performance of airborne radome. The proposed building-block experiment analysis and verification method for airborne radome has significant engineering reference value for the design and verification of airborne radome and other integrated structural and functional airborne composite material structures.
