    Design and Implementation of a Miniaturized Electro-optical Servo Turntable

    • The electro-optical (EO) servo turntable, as a key device in the field of EO countermeasures, is typically installed on armored platforms. However, due to the limited installation space of armored platforms, miniaturization and lightweight design of the equipment become critical requirements. A multi-stage transmission structure design scheme is proposed in this paper, which achieves the miniaturization and lightweight of the equipment while ensuring the parallelism between the laser beam axis and the reference axis of the load optical system. By highly integrating key modules including the laser emitter, miniaturized servo turntable, power supply, and comprehensive control system, we successfully developed a miniaturized EO servo turntable. Based on the testing results of the engineering prototype, the feasibility of the proposed scheme is validated. This work provides practical guidance for the engineering application of EO servo turntables in combat systems with limited installation space and lightweight requirements.
