Abstract
In order to meet the design requirements of high-precision double-curved reflector antenna under complex load environment, the key design elements such as temperature load deformation, multi-load coupling effect, material matching and lightweight design are analyzed systematically. the influence mechanism of dead weight, temperature gradient and wind load on the dynamic deformation of reflector is studied. Through the comparison of feasible technical schemes, an innovative design method based on carbon fiber integration is proposed. The simulation results show that the root mean square error of the static reflector is less than 0.35 mm, and the root mean square error of normal dynamic deformation under 60 ℃ temperature difference or 10 wind load is less than 0.5 mm. At the same time, the structural strength meets the safety factor requirements under 12 wind load. This study provides a certain reference value for the engineering design of high-precision antenna.
