Design and Simulation Verification of Spliced Chassis Based on Formal Beauty Rule

    • With the improvement of equipment requirements, on the premise of ensuring the stable and reliable performance of electronic equipment, the integration and optimization of function, structure, form and other aspects have become the focus of electronic equipment design, and the requirements of users for the appearance of electronic equipment have also increased. Based on the four formal beauty rules of "unity and change" "symmetry and balance" "contrast and harmony" and "cadence and rhythm", a new type of spliced chassis design is put forward in this paper. Adopting the U-shaped air duct and fan back cover, which can improve airflow, can not only meet the heat dissipation requirements but also help form the appearance characteristics. The modular design makes the chassis form take both functionality and maintainability into account. Finally, the rationality of the chassis is verified by thermodynamic and mechanical simulations, which provides a reference for the integration of electronic chassis structure design and industrial design.
