A Study on Digital Assessment of Dynamic Matching Quality of Antenna Pedestal

    • Aiming at the requirement for dynamic matching quality assessment of antenna pedestals, a digital evaluation method based on vibration and noise signals is proposed in this paper. Sensors are deployed at key positions of the antenna pedestal servo drive system to collect vibration acceleration and noise signals in real time during the run-in process. A combined algorithm comprising moving average, time-domain synchronous average and wavelet threshold denoising is employed for signal processing. A digital evaluation system integrating data acquisition, signal processing, and feature analysis is developed based on the LabVIEW platform, enabling automated assessment of run-in quality. Experimental results demonstrate that the system can effectively distinguish between qualified and unqualified run-in states, achieving a 100% recognition accuracy for faulty antenna pedestals. Compared with manual evaluation methods, the digital system reduces the single-sample evaluation time from 185 seconds to less than 3 seconds, improving efficiency by over 98%. This study provides a reliable digital solution for evaluating the dynamic run-in quality of antenna pedestals and holds significant practical engineering value.
