Application of CFD-Based FLOTHERM in the Thermal Design of Airborne LCD

This paper described the importance of thermal design for airborne LCD and introduced the fundamental theory and method.The whole process of thermal design of an airborne LCD was carried out based on the principle,then the temperature distribution contour,average temperature and PCB thermal stress were obtained,by using FLOTHERM and ANSYS software to analysis the LCD.At last,design parameters fulfilling thermal control requirement were gained by numerical solution.
