FESTO Electronic-hydraulic Proportional Control Experiments System Based on PLC

With the development of modern science and technique,electronic-hydraulic proportional control technique has been widely used in the industrial fields.The paper introduced FESTO electronic-hydraulic proportional control experiments system;the control system was improved by applying the PLC instead of the original control by signal source and relay control.As the volume of the electronic-control cell was reduced,the system was easily used by the students and be easy to detect errors,it develop the design and practice abilities of the students.Through the experiments of the students,it obtained the good result,and resolved some problems that were unsolvable in the past relay control systems.
