Design of Auto-regenerative Dryer^,s Gaspath

A new design of auto-regenerative dryer was introduced in this paper.Based on the fact that there is certain pressure difference between the onboard environment control system and the atmosphere,this method used high precision differential pressure sensor to get the different pressure value, then controled machanical and electronic components to accomplish the auto-regenerative drying in sealed environment according to that value.Through the theoretical calculation of the gas flow and the gaspath,it was concluded that when the dryer valve area is 0.6522 mm²,the dryer can work reliably in different flight heights.
