The Integration Design and Analysis about a Rolling Machine of Radar Antenna Pedestal

This paper introduced the design and analysis of rolling machine of radar antenna pedestal, which was designed with module with integration method. By using finite element analysis software, its structure part was analyzed the mechanics performance and optimized. In the paper they were expanded in detail the stress analysis methods and steps for each key part under transportation condition and work condition, and then simulation results were given. By comparing with practical measure and trial, it was proved that integration design of rolling machine of antenna pedestal with module is successful, and could satisfy radar’s wroking requirements completely.
