Reliability Design and Test of One Spaceborne Slip Ring

Slip ring is a critical component of satellite,its high reliability is required.A disk slip ring concept is successfully implemented in one spaceborne satellite.In this paper,we introduce the technical characteristics and applications n of spaceborne disk slip ring.Its reliability design methods such as redundancy,derating,structure design,thermal design are discussed.High reliability and life test are also described at material and equipment level.
