Abstract
The balloon-born radar,which makes use of tethered aerostat has good capability of low altitude surveillance as lifted-up platform.The main function of passive three-axis stabilized platform is to isolate the effect of balloon moving from radar operation,so as to ensure the antenna rotation stability.This paper introduces the structure design and realization method of a passive three-axis stabilized platform,using the method of combining finite element analysis with test and in terms of design of stabilized system and drive system.
