    A Study on Properties of Zinc-Nickel Alloy Electrodeposited Coating for Steel Fasteners

    • Zinc-nickel alloy electrodeposited coating shows outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement,which makes it a good protective coating for steel fasteners.In this paper,a study on the properties of the coating,such as appearance,thickness,the content of Ni,adhesion strength,corrosion resistance,match with paints,were carried out by a test of Zinc-nickel alloy electrodeposition.The test results showed that Zinc-nickel alloy electrodeposited coating is a reliable and low-cost protective coating for steel fasteners.
