Numerical Simulation of Break-away Mechanism for Antenna Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA Software

The antenna is an important part of navigation equipment.It provides pilot signal for landing plane,and is often installed beside the runway in the airport.In order to effectively reduce the damages caused by accident collsion of plane with antenna,antenna must have break-away mechanism.Based on the "Structural/Mechanical Design Requirements for Low Impact Resistance" and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,the impact simulation of the antenna is performed,the factors affecting the break-away mechanism of antenna are analyzed.The results have reference value for designing the antenna.
