Research on Buffering Technology of Communication and Command Vehicle for Airdrop

Due to the high overload and wide pulse of the airdrop shock load，new requirements for the airdrop electronic equipment reinforcement are presented．Based on the research and analysis of the airdrop system buffering characteristics of the communication and command vehicle through the ground-based experiments，an airdrop dynamics model is established，an vehicle-mounted airdrop shock load expression is derived，the design method of improving the adaptability of the airdrop equipment long-periodic overload is presented and the airdrop buffering system is designed on the basis of this method．The experimental results show that the shock absorbing buffer of this system is good enough to satisfy the airdrop requirements of the communication and command vehicle．This can be used as an important reference for the vehicle airdrop system designers．
