    Vibration Analysis and Vibration Isolation Design of Mobile X-ray Security Inspection System

    • Research and development of mobile X-ray security inspection system is a comprehensive engineering project, which integrates vehicle modification, vibration isolation cushion, X-ray screening and other technologies. According to the vibration impact characteristics of the vehicles, theoretical analysis and calculation of vibration isolation cushion are introduced in this paper. Proper selection of vibration isolators, calculation methods of related parameters, overall layout of X-ray screening system and vibration isolator are emphatically discussed. Road test method for the system is described in brief. Through the theoretical analysis and test of the design examples, safe use goal of the system are achieved, it proves that methods presented in this paper are rational and practical.
