Abstract
In order to ensure the stiffness and strength of the mounting rack as well as the reliabilities of theequipments, and accommodating itself to the environmental conditions such as over loading, impact, vibration, etc., structural strength analysis and fatigue damage assessment under random vibration are carried out by finite element method. Analysis results indicate that the mounting rack meets the demands of stiffness and strength, and no fatigue damage would occur. At the same time, the research result of this paper can provide important theoretical basis for the optimization and weight reduction design of the mounting rack. The methods of structural strength analysis and fatigue damage assessment can also provide good reference for similar structural analysis.
