    Innovative Design of Quick Fastening Device for Vehicle-borne Storing and Transporting Equipment

    • The fastening modes commonly used by the vehicle-borne storing and transporting equipment and their advantages & disadvantages are summed up and a quick fastening device is innovatively designed in this paper. The innovative design of the quick fastening device is introduced from the structure, principles and function, operation and design advantages. Then the finite element analysis and calculation are made. This device has many advantages,such as compact structure,low cost,small space for operation,easy operation and good environmental adaptability. It is suitable for the vehicle-borne storing and transporting equipment with various specifications. This device has passed collision and vibration test,high-low temperature and humidity test and transportation test and has been applied successfully to the off-road engineering vehicles,such as the wheeled vehicle and the track-type vehicle.
