    Study on Processing Technology of Trichromatic Printed Metal Plate Production Line

    • In order to achieve mass production of the high quality printed metal plate, a trichromatic printed metal plate production line has been designed. The production line, which can produce continuously, can produce not only printed metal plates but also hot laminating metal plates. The whole production line is compact. It adopts the three-roll direct coating technology and has the strip correction system. The metal plate is printed uniformly and beautifully. The hot laminating machine adopts fission design so it is convenient to operate. The materials consumed have no pollution so the hot laminating machine is the green product. The test results show that products by this production line meet the national standard. This production line, characterized by high production efficiency, has great application and popularization value.
