    • To solve the problem of random vibration fatigue and durability of the airborne unit, the random vibration frequency domain analysis methods and Miner linear cumulative damage theory are described. Random vibration fatigue simulation analysis of an airborne unit is carried out by nCode DesignLife software based on frequency domain analysis methods, which verifies the reliability of the airborne unit in the random vibration.It can provide guidance for the random vibration fatigue life analysis of similar products.
