    Optimization of Random Vibration Reduction Based on Dynamic Vibration Absorbing Principle

    • Two types of undamped beam-type dynamic vibration absorber are designed for reducing the excessive acceleration response of a device under random vibration. Taking the minimization of the effective value of maximum acceleration response on the device as the objective of vibration reduction design, and location, size and other parameters of the vibration absorber as the design variables, the optimization design of the vibration absorber is carried out. The damping effects of vibration absorbers with different materials and forms are compared. Research results show that the beam-type vibration absorber has simple structure and low mass ratio,and can significantly reduce the acceleration effective value of the device without changing the layout of the printed board.
