Abstract
In order to solve the crack problem of T/R module silicon-aluminum alloy supporting lug under applied bolt preload tension force, the T/R module and related structures are studied from a numerical and experimental point of view. Firstly, begin with the assembly sequence, the force transmission path in the assembly process of the subunit are investigated, the possible reasons of the crack are inferred preliminarily. Then, the mechanical behaviors of the T/R module supporting lug under applied bolt preload tension force before and after improvement are compared by simulation, and the effectiveness of the improvement is verified preliminarily. Finally, the tests of acceleration, random vibration and impact are performed for the improved subunit structure, and the results show that the improved subunit meets the project requirements.
